Empowering Autism. Building Independence. One Skill at a Time.
ABOUT
NIKS INDEPENDENCE ACADEMY
NIKS Independence Academy (NIA), founded by Tanya Malik, MOT, OTR/L, is the signature expression of her philosophy of presumed competence and individualized empowerment. Designed for neurodivergent children and young adults, the academy bridges therapy with real-world independence through life-skills coaching, executive function support, and the innovative Spelling to Communicate (S2C) framework. More than a clinical practice, NIA is a purpose-built ecosystem where autonomy, dignity, and untapped potential are brought to the forefront.
